Celica all trac stock water over air intercooler (cheap liquid intercooler?)

There isnt much information about this intercooler? Has anyone used it? I hope its good cause I just dropped 100 dollars to get one shipped to me.
Here is my planned setup.
I going to have a small transmission cooler/heat exhange, the fluid will be stored in my windshield washer fluid tank(might go bigger). I will hook up a dx/s fuel pump to pump the water to the intercooler. Then for those times where I need some extra cooling, I'm going to hook up my paintball co2 into a nitrous line to cooler or fluid tank. Sounds good? Feedback is welcome.
anyone with real input? This could be a good junkyard setup, if found at the bone yard it be cheap as crap.

A good friend of mine used to have an alltrac. He still owns a 5th gen celica with a 3s swap, anyway he was telling me that the downfall of those 4th gen alltracs was that water to air intercooler. The first thing 4th gen owners do is upgrade to an air to air. Just my $.02

Yeah they upgrade to air-air becuase the stock heat exchanger looks like a flippin heater core!! its really small.
A lot of people have talked about using the radiator froma VW sirocco [sp?] or a VW golf. Both are super small. A guy once said to stick with a radiator to cool water and a tranny coooler to cool oil. They are designed to cool whatever medium specifically.
For a pump try this : http://www.plumbingproducts.com/12voltpotable.html . This is what the syty guys run as they have a water to air stock as well. This pump is ok to run full time. I am not really sure if you need a resovoir.. the thing has a cap on it and the radiator is pretty big so you should have enough water in it. You could use a small fuel cell then you could put ice in it if you wanted to. I am working on some ways to use AN fittings on this thing. The IC is fine its aluminum we can use weld on fittings here but the radiator outlets are 1.25-1.375 I am guessing and there are not many adaptors for that. I may end up making some end caps for the radiator to adapt it down to say a -10 or something. I am sure a radiator shop could do the same.
Now this IC is small but i compared to a spearco that was similar and they were close to the same dimension except the spearco was thicker. Otherwise they were real close to the same size. I think the spearco was good to 400whp or something. It had been tested tot hat level on an mr2 and seemed to be fine. Dunno what the actual in and out temps were though. Thats the thing just get a inlet temp monitor and check air going in and out. So long as its still cooling ok should be fine. If it doesnt work then buy a spearco. I paid $15 for my alltrac IC
