Ive had one too many
's, but that was funny as ****!
Anywho, no, you will be fine to drive through the carwash. As long as your turbo inlet isnt pointing straight down(if its an underneath style wash).

actually id be careful for the height of the rails (if there are any). if its not a self drive through they might hit the dp or something. just a thought. i had issues rubbing when i was stock at some carwashes
basically, if you can make it through a rainstorm safely,
then you can make it through a drive through
but yeah, dont feel dumb.
Your not psychic, so cant be expected to know something until
you are taught in one way or another.
shame on those who would hate.

speaking of those dryers, I'm suprised no one has tried to put one of those in their car. Electric blower!!!

I work at a wash and all sorts of cars come through...from pintos to brand new M3's. I think you'll be all right.
though just my opinion...I wouldn't take a rag top convertible through because a lot always get wet on the inside(I don't think your si is a convertable
so ignore that)...or a boosted car with big intercooler exposed in front..but that's just me.

Yeah, you don't want to hydrolock the motor</TD></TR></TABLE>? how would you hydrolock a motor by wetting the intercooler, I knew Arturbo was joking
, but you seems serious, the intercooler is sealed should be fine, but side note those car washes screw paint jobs up.

If I have the inlet to the turbo stickin out of the hood, would that technically mean I could drive it through a small lake? Or would I have to re-route the exhaust into the drivers side window as well?
Just curious.
BTW im running a T3 turbo w/ 450cc injectors and a staroin Starion FMIC if that makes any difference.

As long as the turbo is facing up, you have the IC rain jacket installed, and most importantly unplug your LED window squirters, you can safely travel through small lakes that don't exceed 9.75 feet deep and 36 yards long. Anything over that and you are screwed.
