Ya so i just got caught doing 58 in a 35 but he said that he will make it 45 in a 35 just as long as i dont appeal it because if i do he will tell the judge i was doing 58 well anyways i was just wondering what the hell this will do to my permit? Does this mean its suspended or what? Im not bummed or anything he coulda caught me before i slowed down for the corner.

appeal the ticket, hell sapina (sp) the friggen cop... if he doesnt show how (which most dont) then the ticket is dropped

as stated above you were not doing anything to get your permit suspended.
You were only speeding. If you were speeding at night or with another person on the bike then maybe.

yep contest it. he cant go to court and say that you were going faster than what he mentioned on the ticket. It would be false and unethical for a police officer to do such a thing. yeah i took criminal justice and know some stuff to get away from tickets.

whats on the ticket stands. he cant change it because he put it there. in ohio it doesnt matter how old you are with a permit you cant ride at night..... maybe they lied...

No one thinks you were riding at night. To answer your question about the suspended permit. Only if you were caught riding at night or with a passanger and also riding on an interstate. Those three reasons would get your permit suspended.

Riding on an interstate? Never heard that one before.

In AZ you cannot ride at night or on an access controlled highway, in other words freeway.

In NC you have to be 18 to get a permit in the first place but we can ride at night just no passengers.

In PA you can not ride at night with ur permit. you have to hahve ur license.
