Default Clocking the turbo questions.

Hi everyone...just wondering how easy it is to clock the precision turbo so it will point down instead of straight out like how it came. Can someone give a step by step instruction on how to do that? I searched. Found some, but not clear enough....lemme try once more to look for ones with good explanations.

Dont loosen the bolts all the way.....because if you do, it might cause some play with the blades ...unless tighten the correct way.
