Hey guys we went to dyno last night & on the 3rd run put down 274.1 to the wheel and 213 tq

(stock H22, T3/T4 turbo, 3 inch downpipe, AEM EMS, AEM UEGO, 550's)

Didn't change much, the boost was the same(9-10 psi) that produced 263.8 whp.

But Dennis built a custom 3 in down pipe and installed 70 mm STR throttle body.

The hp and tq <U>numbers</U> didn't change much, found a few extra ponies, but found quite a bit of torque with the 3 in down pipe.

Dennis did it with more fuel and with less timing than the the 263.8 run

The turbo kit we have comes with supposedly a 2.5 inch downpipe. It's more like 2.25 when measured. This caused the horsepower to drop off considerably at around 7000 rpms.

With the 3 inch down pipe it now makes horsepower all the way past 7500 rpms.

I'll post some new dyno graphs & dyno videos from last night hopefully by Monday.

 

exactly what size turbo is that?
i made similar numbers with my setup.just more torque..only thing i have 8.8:1 pistons in my h22 and i was running 15psi (yea i know that is sad) but it is because of the turbo i have T3/To4B

Sounds good, now you needs some tires, I got the new bfg's this year but can't figure out oil on piston problem
