IS THERE A WAY TO TEST THE VTEC SOLENOID . I CHECKED I DO HAVE POWER BUT I THINK THE vtec SOLENOID IS BAD?

 

my guess would be to ground it and then using a spare 12 volt batery , apply 12 volds to the lead wire and see if it clicks open. everytime i hit vtec i can hear my solinoid open and close, don't know if thatis good or bad, but you just need to take it off and bench test it to see if it opens and stays open.
