well a lot of peopel in the FI know about it. Check out the thread i posted and you'll get the idea of how it all work. Even though "cheeze frogs e-cutout is custom made to his 3inh dowwpipe.

I knew a kid with a cable operated set on his mustang 5.0... **** was LOUD. worked great though... those electric ones are nasty though.. saw them on "trucks" he put them on one of their project trucks.
