hey i just got a Hella hid kit of a bmw 540, and while installing the kit on my R i put the left one in perfectly and it lights up great. But while puttin in the right side i isntalled everything the same i turn on the lights and keep blowing the fuse on the rite side. And nothing is touching any sort of metal at all. I even hold the the kit in my hand and turn it on same result ive gone through a/b 30 fuses all ready nad have tried everything, any one have any clues on wut this could?

of those 30 fuses were any 15 or 20 amp fuses? 10 amp fuses are likely to blow so if you kept using 10amp fuses that's your problem.

 

ah man i never thought of that thanx alot it works great i was jus going by the manual and puttin 10's in there thanx alot man ur a life saver, ill try to post some pics of it now, its lookin great.

I use 15 amp fuses, they work fine.
