do you have to grease the bushings in the lower control arm? or just bolt everything up? is there supposed to be protective caps on the endinks? can you use your stock bolts for the damper forks? can you use any of your stock hardware for that matter? or do you have to use ALL 99-00 SI hardware like the bolts, nuts, etc...
can you use your stock bolts for the damper forks and LCAs? or must the 99-00 SI bolt and nuts be used? i know you have to use the 99-00 SI bolts for the sway bar brackets because stock EK hatches dont have those bolts. also, when installing the sway bar, must the front of the car be suspended in air on jackstands? or finger tight bolts while its on jackstands and torque them down when the car is on the ground?
Here's some simple directions for the si lcas, forks, and swaybar install:

If you want to see if you'll need new bolts or not, go to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and compare the Si bolts against the bolts for your car and see if they are the same.

so what needs to be removed or loosened in order to install this setup? you have to drop the shift linkage, but do you have to disconnect the exhaust/cat?

U do need to loosen the exhaust because the sway bar goes over it. Make sure u put ur car on jackstands and high enough cause working under there without some room is bad, besides, when u take put the sway in, u will know u do need room.

couple questions:
1) do you need a new exhaust gasket when disconnecting and rebolting the cat?
2) what bolts/nuts can be re-used from the stock civic?
3) what bolts/nuts from the 99-00 SI do i need?
4) do the endlinks bolt into the little tab that has a hole in it that sticks up from the LCA?
5) do i need new cotter pins for installing the new LCAs?
6) do any bushings need to be greased?

you remove the LCA from the car, so why wouldnt you need new cotter pins? just like when you take axles out, you separate the LCA from the car and remove the cotter pin on the castle nut.
