Im thinking either a grounding issue or a main relay issue. Try both of those.

so you get misfires on all the cylinders or just #4. I see you get codes for all of them. if its only one cylinder then misfires can be caused by no spark, no fuel, not enough compression. so switch spark plug 4 with 3 and see if the problem stays in cyl 4 or follows the plug. same thing with the inj. perform a compression test.

double check the position of the wires on the cap since you just changed that.

time for a block check to see if your head gasket gave up and a compression/leak down test too. sounds like a mechanical problem to me

many things it could be. how mechanicaly inclined are you. check valves for cracks, not seating, cracked spark plug, shitty spark plug like autolite plugs i see many people use, rotor, cap, wires, compression, injector, injector pulse. and some other stuff im forgetting.

Check the compression on the #4 cylinder first.....

replace and or switch with another cyl. the spark plug and injector.

if not sounds like a head gasket problem. but do a compression check on all four and if the #4 is low you got a problem

have you checked the positon of the plugwires as suggested by gotbooost? check it end to end..

have you experimented on advancing/retard the timing before this problem occurred?
what did you do to your car before this happened?
