wastegate is exhaust side, BOV is intake side.

wastegate gets rid of the extra exhaust that isn't needed (when the turbo is already up to the boost you want to run, it lets out the extra exhaust so you don't overboost)

BOV lets out the extra pressure in the intake side between shifts (or when letting off throttle), when the throttle closes, the boost has to go somewhere, or else it will build up (or pop off a hose). If the boost is allowed to build up. It will basically build up enough pressure to stop the compressor fan from spinning (or even worse, spin backwards), which would be VERY bad for your turbo.

Pop Off valve is kind of like a BOV (it's on the intake side), but it only opens if the pressure exceeds a certain amount (like if your BOV fails, or you hit a nasty boost spike or something).

Bypass valve (as it applies to turbos, also called compressor bypass, or turbo bypass) is basically a BOV that is routed into the intake box (to go through the turbo again).

I think that's mostly correct.
