ClutchMaster stage 3 clutch
A buch of earls fittings and braided SS hose for Vtec oil line.
GSR oil pump
DC JDM ITR header
Custom 2.5" test pipe

Energy suspension engine mount inserts

GSR power steering mount
A bunch of new OEM gaskets
New fluids
New timming belt

And probably some other stuff I am forgeting.

Me and 2 other frinds are going to start friday night, and hopefully get done late saturday night.

We dicided to pull the motor. It should save us alot of time.

My head and fly wheel are at the machine shop right now. The fly wheel is being resurfaced and balenced(not lightnened), and the head is haveing the oil passaged pluged & dowl pins moved.

Im really excited, I cant wait to get it started.

I'll probably post pics of all the stuff before we get started.

hehe, I had to hunt that thing down. Im pretty sure I got the last available one. I tried ordering it from 4 different places, and they were all on back order for 2 weeks. My friend found this one for me, hanging on a wall at a shop in portland, oregon.

I got the ceramic one. This header looks AWSOME!

Oh, don't worry, we are going to take tons of pics. I'll try to have them posted sometime nezt week. I will probably post pics of all of my parts before I start.

As for the oil line stuff, I ordered it all from http://www.amstreetrod.com/index.html

I decided to run a 20" 4AN braided SS hose line from the block(oil sending unit hole) with a 1/8" NPT to 4AN fitting to a brass 1/8 NPT "T" mounted on the fire wall. The top of the "T" goes to the oil sending unit, and the other side is a anoter 1/8" NPT to 4AN fitting which a 24" inch peice of braided SS hose is hooked too. This line runs to another 1/8" NPT to 4AN fitting which is screwed into a 3/8" NPT to 1/8" NPT adapter which screwed into the head.

The Braided SS hose & earls fittings cost $51.00 shipped, and the brass "T" cost 2.35 at true value.

Yeah, I know! Those LS/Vtec oil kits are spendy. They also "t" the oil line right off of the block. The "T" is **** to breaking when going straight off the block, I guess there is to much stress on it in that location.

As for saveing money, YEAH you NEED A LOT of money to do it the right way.

I got the head from B16_EF for a pretty good price. It has brand new ITR dual valve springs, retainers, and valves. So Im not sure how much it really cost to upgrade.
