I RECENTLY PURCHASED A TYPE R LIP FROM THEM ITS BEEN 1 MONTH AND A HALF AND STILL HASNT COME. LAST TIME THEY GAVE ME AN EMAIL LIKE 3 WEEKS AGO STATING THEY LOST THE SHIPPING STICKER AND THEY SAID THEY WILL FIX IT AND SHIP IT OUT THAT SAME DAY. THEY SENT ME A DHL TRACKING NUMBER BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS THE ITEM HASNT EVEN LEFT THERE COMPANY YET. WHEN I CALL NOW AND EMAIL NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I LIVE IN SAN FRANCISCO, SO IT SHOULDNT TAKE MORE THAN 3 DAYS TO GET HER. ANYONE KNOW WASSUP WITH THEM OR WHAT I CAN DO.

 

might be delaying even more because of labor day weekend? try calling them again today, keep calling until they answer and get to the bottom of this.

 

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I CALL THERE IS NEVER AN ANSWER AND IT SAYS THE MAIL BOX IS FULL SO I CANT EVEN LEAVE ANY MESSAGES. SO I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHER PPL OUT THERE HAVING ISSUES ALSO.

Now for your issue. There have been a lot of threads about these guys and there business practice. I believe just about everyone got the parts they needed, but it took too long.

Keep calling and emailing them. I am not sure if they are a sponsor here anymore. Check out the market place and see if they are still selling on here, if so also IM them.

The "jdmcarboy" is a idiot when it comes down to business. He does not stand behind the products he sells and for everyone that considers buying those products pay close attention to the description of each product. "Style" is in just about all of them not Genuine or OEM. That should be an indicator of the quality of the products and the business.

 

There have been several " got scammed by jdmcarboy" threads. He was a sponsor but I think went out of business? Try filing a dispute through your credit card company or paypal.

 

You should have done a search for jdmcarboy... so many threads about how bad they are.

yea their service blows.. i ordered my D2 coilover system and it took them 6 months to send my crap... well i got my **** but waitin on it sucked ***...good luck, i had to email mail them and call them every week, he signs on AIM everynow and then @ jdmcarboy

i think theres a thread on it already...i heard JDMCARBOY is a SCAM, but i dont know for sure....hope it all works out for you...

 

they not a scam, they got their own website and all that, most people who deal with the owner have great review, but it seems like alot of people who want to buy it with ship have the most problem, i think he just too lazy to ship it out, but if you buy it local then is fine.

 

i personally have had business with JDMcarboy and all of it was quick and smooth.
