if you're going to threaten someone with leaving information that would possibly hurt them on a public board, I think I would bring more than a whiny *** story with me. In other words, make your story a little stronger, add detail and let people know you have proof you're right. Otherwise...well, you'll see.

Good luck with it, I almost bought from them too...then I started seeing threads like this one come up.

Ok more detail: bought on Dec 13, money cleared and was taken out of the bank account, after the holidays we started to wonder so we sent him and email, a week goes by no response, so we go to his online AIM help, no response, so we find his number no answer and goes to voicemail, we leave a message, no response. We have written over 10 emails, called him about 30 or more times, and have Imed him numerous times without a response....is that better???

If your friend payed via Paypal with a credit card, contact the credit card company and get them involved. Paypal claims that they provide the same protection as a credit card with a bank transfer, but they do not. Never pay through Paypal with a bank account.

^ wow, 40 out of 50 ppl didnt receive there stuff...

One thing about internet purchasing, which its obviously not the case here bc plenty others have been scammed; but i've always wondered what if you bought something and never recieved it, and you get all pissed off and say your scammed, but the person you bought it from died shortly after the sale was negotiated and never got around to shipping it... you'd never know...

Just a thought... but this sux man i hope your friend gets his stuff, otherwise i hope jdmcarboy gets whats coming to him!

The BBB doesn't have any real authority. They can just apply nasty ratings to members. The FBI can arrest him.

Even worse, the **** could be stolen. You should kick his *** since you know him in person, or try to help these people get their stuff back.

i had a similar experience to Sam92Teg, i bought a paintball gun off ebay, and was having communication problems with the seller. he did NOT offer paypal buyer protection, so i filed a paypal buyer complaint, and the seller got pissed because they put a hold on the payment. he sent me the gun promptly after that. I admit, i don't think it was his fault for not sending it earlier, he had a convincing excuess. None the less, he woke up, and communication was not much of a problem after that. Its a shame that drastic measures need to be taken to motivate some people to follow through promply with their obligations

I don't know why you let him give you the run around. His customer service sucks!
I would just take him to small claims court. Forget the exchange, demand your ALL your money back.

JDMCARBOY is off my my list of places to buy from, and you better believe I am going to tell everyone I know NOT to buy from there. JDMCARBOY you SUCK
