there's a rubber "grommet" (i guess thats what its called??) about 3-4 inches in dia. behind the fuse box in the engine bay. unbolt the fuse box and you'll see it. i ran my wire through that, down the inside of the fender, into the car through a hole in the top of the passenger foot well, under the carpet, under the door sills, under back seats, and into trunk.

i did drill a new hole on the drivers side below the clutch and ran it all down the center.
but soon it won't matter cause it'll be starting in the trunk

when i had one - before i realized it was gay.........i drilled a hole in the passenger foot area. Ran my power wire through there and to the battery.

Ran it under the black trim, behind the seat belt thing - and under the rear seats - which meats the trunk

I used the groumet behind the fuse box. Try and run the power cable down the side of the car, and the interconnect down the middle. Then just slide it under the rear interior panel, and under the seat into the trunk. For a ground I used the shock tower. Make sure you clean it well under the bolt, and don't use any longer ground then you need to.

no radio either. Actually, i had an absolute HUGE system in my car - and it was tearing it up. Kept opening the trunk - was making the rear glass flex like a bitch.

Thats the equivalent of having a giant wing and body kit on your car. I guess your right thats gay.

I think you may be on to something, no radio gives more inspiration to get a turbo or something to listen to.

For now, i just listen to my exhaust. I really look foward to it raining - since my interior is stripped, i can hear everything.

If no one buys my car, i will most definately be boosting.

Oh, the main reason for me to take the radio out was because my system killed my rear speakers. It was a pretty ******* big system. Prolly the reason why i can barely hear now.

For my power line I connected it into the fuse box in the slot reserved for the 4ws. I used the grommet that leads into the fender, right beside the fuse box, then entered the cabin behind the passenger kick panel. Then it runs down the passenger side and under the passenger rear seat into the trunk. The RCA cables I ran straight down the center, underneath the console and carpet.

Ok, since this is related I mayaswell ask the noob question here.... if using a second amp, can I just tap the power off the first amp? instead of running another wire into engine bay.

Rather than actually tapping into the power wire, I just mean connecting the 2nd amp power wire to the 1st amp power terminal as well. so all in series. this alright?

You would be better off w/ a distribution block, simple ones can be bought for cheap. The problem is that w/ 2 wires going into one terminal is the size of the wires. I've never had an amp that would handle two of the correct gauge wires.

A distribution block, or solder the power cable to a length of patch cable, and crimp a huge spade bit type connector onto the end.

DO NOT DAISY CHAIN THE POWER!!!!
you can seriously expletive up your stuff. get the distribution block and save money.
you can however do that with the turn on wire.
also run two seperate grounds

By daisy chain, you mean have a large wire with smaller wires coming off of it at different points?

Would you recommend using a distro block right at the battery, thus having to run two or more separate wires the length of the car; or is it okay to have the block toward the back of the car?

Thanks, yup I will daisy chain the Remote lead, distribution block for power & run 2 seperate grounds then..... Just to make sure ... you do mean I can run distribution block in rear rather than at battery right - ludemandans question.

So i got the power cable going battery to my 1st amp at the moment, remove from amp, intput to distribution block (in boot), then can have power outputs from that to both amps..right?

what do you mean by daisy chain, and how does it seriously expletive up your stuff, or cost more money, and how is it different than a distribution block.

or are you saying that people with little to no experience in electrical wiring shouldn't do it.
