injector is just a coil driven device.

The injector works based either on low ohm driver or high ohm driver.

The difference between the two is that peak and hold is driven by 2ohm-3ohm driver while saturated needs 12-16ohm to fire.

the early gen integras, civics, and accords had resistor boxes that would allow you to run a peak and hold injector the newer cars all primairly use a saturated drive.

AEM sells a device as well as FJO electronics that can be used to drive any injector

OBD0 runs peak-hold with a resistor box, OBD1 and 2 use saturated.

If they are peak-hold injectors, yes. If they are saturated injectors no.

Is there such things as saturated 850cc injectors for the obd1 because i find alot of ppl seem to use resistor boxes on their turbo obd1's?

the highest you will find in saturated usually in the united states is 780cc from RC

they are very costly wise in the 350.00 price range when a comparable set of low imp peak and hold is 285.00 or so

If an engine was tuned on saturated injectors and then switched over to a p/h injector of the same rating, will a re-tune need to be performed or will the car behave exactly as it did prior?

it should be identical performance as long as you switch in the same amount of flow for that injector. Everyinjector with time however becomes clogged and cant flow as much as the day it was new. Therefore some fine tuning might be required but overall you should be fine just swapping in the same size.
