Default DA water leak on passenger side ...wet floor????

I know G2IC.com has an article on how to fix this in the Teg Tips, but was wondering if anyone had any more detailed info on how to do it. I already ordered the 8 plug things from Acura, but wanted to know how easy it was to do this. thx!

good luck.. you could have a leak inbetween my windshield.. thats what happened to me.. changed those things, used silicon sealant between the cowl and the metal, and had to seal up around the windshield.

all fixed.

almost all DA owners had this problem before
after you change all the white plastic seals make sure you use silcone to seel up the wiper cowl and eveything

the leak is from the bottom of the passenger side, right under the glove box area

No, this is done on the exterior of your car, pop the hood, remove wiper blades, and wiper cowl. And rubber screws holding the cover over the passenger side airduct, remove those screws, and in the hole, will be the rubber boot you need to replace.

I can gurantee they will ALL be cracked to ****. Replace them and your golden for the next 10+ years, if you have any further questions, PM me.

Rained today and NO leaks... will have to see how it holds out against the really really heavy rain though, since a few drops get in when a gallon is poured onto the panel

Anyone have a writeup with pictures? I've seen a couple of other posts, but it's not the same thing.

Thanks.
