Default wiring color to check CEL codes

I found the 2 wired connector but instead of blue its a yellowish green. Drivers side right foot behind console cover.

The 2 wires are black (ground?) and green with a black stripe. I just wanna be sure as there was not another junction I could reach to pull out and it has 2 wires. Dont wanna paperclip something and fry the dash.

it is a blue connector. if its never been messed with it will look like its plugged into something. all that is is a holder. unplug the blue connector, jump it and then read the codes.
