get some 450cc injectors, walbro 250 fuel pump and a vafc, then you should be able to run 9-8 psi safely.

with stock internals i've heard of a b16 handling up to 12 psi, but you should only do that every once in a while like the track. Safely you should run 7-8 psi for daily use. And you shouldn't get a vafc just stick with the safc, you don't need to be messin with the vtec settings, honda knows what they're doing, and you really don't need to be messin with vtec settings if your boosted.

BTW definitely get upgraded injectors, fuel rail,( suggested but not necessary) a new oil pan with already on it like the moroso one.

i prolly left some stuff out, but i'm about to do the same and have been researching a bit, good luck, hope this helped.

you need to do alot of research if you are asking basic questions like this. if you dont know what you need to do to an engine to make it withstand boost you shouldnt be boosting an engine. i dont mean to sound like an ******* but its very important you understand the basics of an internal combustion engine (compression ratio, piston types, etc) before you attempt to boost. that way you will understand exactally what you are doing to the engine when you turbo it and not just be some tool who said "i want a turbo y0!"

please search the FI forum and many places around the internet.

He's not being an *******; he is being informative. He is absolutely right, if you just one day decided that you wanna boost 15 psi on your b16 your gonna have to do some research. This site is filled with information, and probably a few with just the answers you are looking for. To do it right your going to need to do alot of reasearch and probably spend a good deal of money to be safe.

Most likely to run 15 psi your going to need rods, pistons, all aforementioned fuel upgrades, stand-alone engine management (i.e. Hondata, Uberdata), you can sleeve your block....the list goes on. Tuning also plays an extremely important factor in not blowing up your motor.

So before you come in here calling people ********...check yourself and do a search first, maybe even READ some posts in hmmm the FORCED INDUCTION section y000000000000000000000

Read the FI forum. They can give you suggestions on what brands to buy, and where to buy them. If youve done your research you should know what you need to replace, and you wouldnt be asking what it is that you need to replace....

get a t3/t4 greddy turbo , mix this with some milk and butter hook that sh*t to your manifold and intake , hook up your innercooler and a sexy green switch in side your dash , put some green into that hoe and dont forget the sugar baby. Next upgrade your injector and get a cold air intake installed, up your naked pistons and petcock. Wax that *** smooth and off you go (yo)

Rods!!!!! If you did need anything it would be rods, that would be the first thing to go, especially when adding a turbo.

if you are asking what you need to build your engine with to safley up the boost you do NOT know the basics sorry dude. someone needs to tell you the way it is and if i get the ******* label by saving your engine, so be it. you will thank me in the long run.

no problem, we have all been there.

my best advice is the forced induction forum. there is a plethora of knowledge in the archives.
