T3 or T4 turbine housing? What downpipe flange? V-band? 4 bolt? are you trying to keep A/C and power steering? Did you want ball-bearing or journal bearing cartridge? Do you know the pros and cons of each? What is your ultimate budget? What type of powerband are you looking for? What is the purpose of the car? there are over 15-20 combinations from Garrett, Borg Warner, and Holset, that could possibly do what you're asking for. Don't go through e-bay substitutes, and don't worry about what PSI you want. That is irrelevant for the power that you need considering that you plan to "build".
No one turbo is going to do it all. Get that out of your head now.
You're about to get opinions from many people in which the thread will become useless because you have not provided any information about your plans of what you're trying to do. No one can read minds about what you're trying to achieve, so please do not expect us too. You'll see choices from the GT30R to the S366. All from different setups. The less relevant the information that you give us, the less we will be able to (or willing to) help with your needs.
Start learning, researching before asking anymore vague questions.
