I have a 95 integra rs and for some reason i have no spark, the coil has power but the ignitor is only getting 3 volts at key on. Then when i am turning the key the icm is getting 5 volts. I have been troubleshoting it for days now and i ca not figure it out. If anyone has run into this problem before or knows what i need to do to get 12 volts to the icm please let me know.

 

Take your coil and ignitor to be tested. Also check all connections.
