obd2 to obd1 harness?

Default obd2 to obd1 harness?

i have ran across a lot of talk on obd2 to obd1 conversion.. why would you want to use an older obd system? thanks

ODB1 has less sensors to mess with and the ODB1 ecu's can be chipped. Not to mention you can us P28 as the ecu and get away with running an older/cheaper engine.

Also som OBD-2 vehicles cannot be re-chiped or reprogramed so your forced to convert to an OBD-1 to upgrade the ecu. Hince the conversion harness.

alot less sensors plus chippable and hondata upgradable just alot more modication friendly.

OBD1 is simply cheaper & easier to re-program(simply dumb-er). It's not impossible to re-program OBD2.

Basically you can chip the ECU and it has less sensors that you have to mess with....Over all it is a easy way to help you car run a little harder.
