thats not what he's looking for. use your obd2 harness in the engine bay. then just sell your obd2 ecu and buy an obd1 ecu. otherwise you will have to run wires for all the addition sensors to the engine.

I can make the harness you need. I have made dozens of OBD1 to OBD2 ECU conversion harnesses. This means a '96-'01 ECU in a '92-'95 car.
