Ls swap into eg hatch HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!
Hey guy this is my first post I have a 94 eg hatch just swapped an LS into it the issue we are having is the car won't stay running it idles rough and when we give it gas it bogs down and dies I'm running a p28 ECU that's chipped and tuned for an LS we have replaced and or checked the following
Tps
Dizzy
Map sensor
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
Injectors
Iacv
Plugs
Wires
Changed out ECU
Checked vacuum lines
Checked fuel lines
Checked for any leaks on intake Manny
Changed out wiring harness
Checked fuel pressure
Compression is 120 across the bored
Timing is tdc
New altanator
Took the header off to make sure cat not clogged
Only code its throwing is 6 witch is air coolant temp
We are stumped any advice would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance and sorry if slow to get back to questions I'm new to site and learning how to use it still

Re: Ls swap into eg hatch HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!
I've read that the b18b1 is supposed to be 199 compression and the lowest it should be is between 135-150 mine is at 120 in all four could that be my issue?

Code 6 is ECT... Engine Coolant Temperature. It is a critical sensor and needs to be fixed. Remember that depending on what the value is that is being sent to the ECU, you could be WAY rich or WAY lean. Under normal ECT operation, the car will be rich when it is cold, and slowly lean out to normal fuel delivery once the car is warmed up to proper operating temperature. Fix it and see if the issues clear up.
