Default 92 eg hatch b20b swap issuses

Okay I'm having some problems. First of all..92 civic hatchback, jdm b20b, p75 obd1 ecu, stock harness, obd1 ls intake and dizzy, d15b7 injectors. I just finished the swap. Its idles great and will idle all day but as soon as you give it throttle fast it cuts out and will die if you hold it. Now with that said it will go up in rpm as far as you wanna take it if you very slowly give it gas. Ive tried replacing map, made sure plugs were in the right spot on map and tps. Ive tried a po6 ecu, checked firing order, brand new dizzy. its running really rich which is odd for this set up seeing how the p75 usually runs the b20 lean. Fuel filter and fuel pump were changed recently as well. Ive been told its slightly out of time, got a bad dizzy, bad tps yada yada yada. My question is what do you guys think.

The only cel ive had is o2 and iat sensor from having. the wrong plug to it. My next step was gonna be check mech timing. Not sure of psi on fuel yet.
