why are my headlights so dim?!?!?
Yea I was just wondering why my headlights are so dim?? i've changed out the bulbs but still no improvement. Then I tried adjusting them, and still nothing. I looked at the wires and they seem to have been kind of melted. How could I fix this so I would be able to see at night!!! THanks!!

yeah the stock 9006 bulbs are a lower output than the 9005 and they also have the tips painted which reduces the final output even greater. with my stock bulbs, my lights always looked yellow and dim but when i put in the 9005 bulbs, they were a really clean white and lit up the road much more. i'd highly recommend the conversion. it doesnt take any more than $10 and 10 minutes of time

If ONLY your headlights are dim and everything else is working correctly.
You have a bad or loose ground somewhere.

1st make sure the bulbs are NEW, and ALL the plugs and connections are tight. Then check your grounds there are a few throughtout the engine bay. Or you trace the negative wire back from the headlight plug youself to the it's ground. If you have a helms it will make the whole thing alot easier.
