How to replace headgasket?
First of all, I see oil in the the radiator, and I'm no car genius but that sounds like a blown headgasket, or a leak. Is there possibly any other thing that could be before I start taking apart my head?
Is there any tutorial or write-up you would recommend on how to replace a headgasket?

Head gaskets are so easy. USE OEM ONLY. Those shitty auto parts head gaskets are made of foam and suck *****.
Mark the timing belt and cam gear in the same spot so when you slap the head back on, you have timing correct.
Disconnect everything from the head (sensors, all hoses, exhaust manifold, etc).
Loosen the timing belt from a 14mm bolt near the block. Slide the belt off of the gear.
Remove the valve cover then you will see ten 14mm bolts. These hold the head down. Loosen then by doing 1/4 turns. DO NOT REMOVE one bolt at a time because they are under high pressure and you will risk warping the head.
Use this order to remove the bolts
9 3 1 5 7
8 6 2 4 10
Install the new OEM head gasket and reinstall the head. Use the same sequence to tighten the bolts but do it in these torque specs
STEP 1 14
STEP 2 36
STEP 3 49
STEP 4 49 (Go through all of them again.)
Connect everything back to the head (exhaust manifold, hoses, sensors yadda yadda)
Remove the radiator cap, turn on the car make sure theres no leaks and it runs properly.
Bleed the cooling system and replace any missing fluid.
