I turned the boost up to 16psi tonight & made another video of 3rd & 4th. It definitely picked up some power with 2 extra psi, I think it’s about a full second faster 60-120mph. IAT drops about 6 degrees from the start or the pull to the end, so turbo & intercooler are happy 👍🏼 I was listening to the engine with my det can and it was smooth & quiet the whole pull.

Went to the weight station while I was out driving around. I was hoping it would weigh a little less, I weigh about 215. Still a lot lighter then the 4 door integra though.

Got more pics of your det can? I’ve been using this set for years. I bought a $3 stethoscope from hf and cut the ear pieces off, drilled a hole in ear muffs and run them straight into my ears. The ear protection really helps cancel out all the noise so you can actually hear the engine. I’m thinking about getting a much more higher rated set of ear muffs to see if I can make it even better. I did the same as you for the copper pipe that mounts to the engine block.

Here is a pic of my radiator fan relay. I cut the connector off the factory fan wiring and soldered on connectors to connect and trigger the relay witch has power straight from the battery with 10 gauge wire. Then the negative side of the fan is grounded in the same spot as my battery. If your factory wiring worked fine before you shouldn’t have to mess with the thermo switch wiring at all.

I don’t really have any current pics of just the radiator mounted, but you can see how I modified the radiator support in this pic. I welded in a thick piece of U chanel steel and moved it forward as far as possible to make more room in the engine bay. It was honestly probably a little over kill just to mount the radiator and intercooler, but it’s super strong and I use it as a jack point to lift the car.
