Someone should apply for that $1,200 minimum credit & buy as many tires as possible. Even with the higher interest rate I'm sure you're saving buku bucks in the long run

I placed my order for a set of 205/45/16 912s and got a call this morning that they were out. They said the only tires they had left were the Kumho Ecsta ASX and the Nitto NeoGens. Since i need tires i went with the NeoGens. Just a heads up.

called and made my purchase of 4 512's with the protection plan 
Protection plan is worth it in my opinion. Your tires are protected for life. Anything happens to it, you give them a call, and they take your word for it and send you new tires. Also, the plan is transferable. Goes wherever the tires goes.

In a FWD car, having only 2 in the front will be bad around turns.
I admit I did it last winter because I couldn't afford 2 more and just went insanely slow around turns.

FYI - Costco also has a deal going on right now - $60 off a set of BFGs or Michelins.
I got a set of four 225/50/16 BFG G-Force Sport for $336, installed with lifetime balance/road hazard.
This was $150 cheaper than the same $100 off deal through Discount Tire.

if they are back ordered, we will be waiting for months, they won't charge your acct until the tire ships (from what i hear).
best thing is to call it in, if you really need the wheels, to make sure they are in stock so you can expect them soon.
