im looking to get 205/45/R16 but not sure what rim offset should be good for me not to rub my fenders, so far i'm on eibachs prokit which is a .75-1.25 drop, and i'm looking to drop it maybe an inch or less more... suggestions please on what offest??
or how the offset actually works, gladly appreciated!!

 

What's up with your thread title? And, what kind of car are you talking about?

 

standard fwd honda offsets to be used without needing any modification can be from +38-48 offset depending on model of course.

205/45-16 should not rub your fenders or wheel well liners, as long as your wheels have the proper offset (see post by Opossum Jenkins above).

+38-45 offset 15x6 - 15x7 using 195/50-15 tires
