What's the offset and bolt pattern on a 2000 GSR?

Offset is measured only the wheels isn't it???well idk but 35-42+ is safe from what i understand

Offset is how far out the mounting surface of the wheels is from the hub. So, +40 offset sticks out farther than +45. I'm not entirely sure, but I think the width of the wheel also needs to be factored in. For example, I think a +40 offset and 6.5" wide rim would be different than +40 offset and 6.0" wide rim.

I just got some 15"x6.5" rims with a +40 offset and they stick out noticably more than stock. It's not like a Jeep or anything, and it looks good (imo), but they're out just enough so that they could hit the fender if I were to lower the car a lot.
