Any know anything about Nippon wheels, good, bad, ect?

I found a set of Nippon GT3 wheels on ebay that are super cheap and was wondering what peoples opinions on them are since i know nothing about this brand. Here is a link...

Also, will there be any rubbing issues with EF lowered on Tein S-tech springs, with 15X7 40mm offset wheels wrapped in 205/50/15 tires? I see most guys run a 15X6.5 rim, which is why i ask.

 

bad link, the wheels don't suck, you might rub, but the change to 6.5" won't make really any difference as far as rubbing goes.
