Did you strip the threads on the lug nut (the small piece that you take off and put on) or the threads on the stud (the "bolt" that sticks out of the car, that the lug nut goes onto)?
If it's the lug nut, buy a replacement at any auto parts store. They're $1.19 at Autozone. Make sure you get the kind with the proper shaped seating area - ball seat for wheels made by Honda/Acura, tapered seat for aftermarket wheels.
If it's the stud, you can buy a replacement and install it yourself if you do your mechanical work yourself, or have a pro do it.

Hmmm...I think you mean you rounded off the lug nuts, not stripped. If you're having a hard time taking it off, go buy a cheap socket that's slightly smaller than the lug nuts. Jam it onto the lugnut and get a impact wrench to get it off.
