Radiators are simple to make. Pretty much any local fab shop could do it for you. the problem comes in when you have to sort out mounting tabs and fan mounting. Most places won't have a source for cores either. Its hard to find an economical aluminum core, let alone the size you need.

I'd make one for you if you were local in St Petersburg FL or if you send me some drawings.

Just did a 3 row for a Vette a few months ago

So for $425 you get a Rywire radiator then ...You have to add the filler? You have to modify the hood latch? You have to locate an overflow? I would not say this was designed for a specific application it is another universal POS from China.

I would try www.thebrassworks.net.

toolbox...
radiators that sit lower than the motor need a remote filler, as they won't be able to be filled from the rad... also they require a remote overfill, and normally a surge tank for air to be bled from the system... not everything is bolt on when it comes to building a car.
god forbid somebody hand feeds you every modification

Would love to see you or anyone else put a radiator under the radiator support and be able to not cut anything, and be able to fill and bleed the system with the radiator now well beneath the motor.

Think a little.

Electric water pump will fix that.

no... you still have to have a remote filler and a swirl pot system to constantly bleed the air out of the system and to be able to fill it

Just because the radiator is below the motor is what I was commenting on. An EWP will fix that. Of course you still need a recovery tank and a fill port.

How many guys here have actually done this and aren't just speculating? I modified my radiator a little over a month ago to make space for a turbo kit in my B18C1 swapped CRX. I had a Fluidyne full sized radiator for the CRX to start, and I cut it in half to make a smaller, lower mount core. I cut one of the tanks off and just capped the other, on the side I cut off I put a divider in to make it dual pass. It fits completely under the T-bar with no major cutting, and I still have the vertical support for the bar, my next revision will use a wider core for more capacity. I put the filler outlet pointing the same direction as the inlet and outlet, at the top of the inlet portion of the tank, and I'm using a filler from a 2006+ Civic Si. I've got an in-progress pic, and when I get back to RI I can post another if anyone wants to see it in the car. I do need to find a better solution for the filler, but I don't believe it will require another tank like a Subaru uses. When I filled the system (and I've only done it once), I used a simple coolant funnel tool and just opened the bleed port on the front of the engine. I do have a Snap On vacuum fill tool, but anyone who has used that knows how well it really works... I didn't even bother. Once the system is filled and purged of air, there shouldn't be any more air introduced if everything is working properly, and on my car it's been fine, including hours sitting in Boston traffic and the usual daily driver duties. It's really not that hard to do if you already have an aluminium core and you can weld aluminium, the worst part for me was just dealing with the old dirty metal and the constant smell of coolant while welding.

I like to run a bleeder tank.swirl pot because if you bleed from the rad, you never really get all of the air out, some of it gets trapped in random places...
