Default Where to get header flanges?

I remember a user here who supplies head flanges for building headers and prides himself on having any flange one could need. Well, I need a Fiat flange.

Er, uh, Honda content...I am the fabricator at a Fiat shop and am also working on a K20 conversion on an X1/9. Happy?

Found what I was thinking of--Weirtech.com. Site isn't working right now, though.

I mentioned the Honda swap for "Honda content." That is another project. This is a Fiat engine, which comes with a cast iron EM.

Weir, you will have a PM in a minute.

I can cut your flange. I'll need a headgasket to throw on the CMM though.

Full disclosure, this is my site

Header Flanges - CNC Machined

If you need just one or two header flanges it will be a bit more expensive to have them machined versus laser cut, though machining will still produce much higher quality. Flatness, surface finish, concentricity of holes, etc. is all much better with CNC machining. However if you need 25+ I can give you a quote that is very competitive even with the lower quality methods. Price breaks are at 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, etc. I was planning on making K20 flanges eventually anyway so there's no engineering fee or anything.
