thinking of trading in my syncrowave 180SD for a new thermal arc185 opinions?
well one thing i like about the thermal arc is, its got a puler, and its small size really is a huge plus, ive been using my syncrowave 180SD for 7 months now and im thinking of selling it to pick up this smaller machine. i really want to use the pulser option cuz it looks like it does wonders for peoples welding once htey get used to it.
for the people who've used both or use one or the toher , what do you guys recommend? any downfalls ?

I had similar thoughts.. the lincoln also comes with a pulser now. It seems so much easier to get good penetrations.

yea but everytime i try it it feels so inconsistant. some mroe room in the shop would be nice. more leg space under the table haha . and prob easier to tote around than a 300 LB welder.
