There has to be something available somewhere...finding it is the problem. I only have about 2.5 months to get this item made, and I really need an aluminum tube that just isn't round. If I have to use round, I'm really gonna be pissed about it....it just won't bring the look I need.

Someone has to know somethin. I'm gonna call password, but they're proud of that extruded design so I doubt they'll give it up. I have no interest in making strut braces with it, but I doubt it'll matter.

Yeah, those aircraft struts may really be my only option. I saw some other ones on aircraftspruce, but they were more streamlined. Those ones actually look like they may work.

Thanks.....

Bump for any other possible finds

Heres some more options

This one at the bottom might work as it's pretty small.

How much do those cheap ebay knock off strut tower bars go for? If you could find a few of those cheap enough then you could make a prototype of what ever it is. Then pay to have a large amount of what you want extruded if the demand is there for said Product.

Hmmm....cheap ebay junk is an idea. It's gonna be tough though, cause the lengths might not be enough. This thing could really be appealing to certain folks if I could ever get the material to make it. If not, oh well, it'll be on my **** then....lol.
