Re: radiator mods
Its been awhile since ive up dated this thread so i figured id fill you guys in on where im at as of now. Along with the rad relocation ive been busy doing lots of other little things to help in my quest to clean things up in my bay. The list is as follows
Upgraded the fuel feed line to 3/8 from tank and all -6 russell fittings to the rail and now using the old feed for the return. installed a turbosmart fuel pressure regulator on the fire wall. removed all the old ports and dashpots from my intake manifold tig welded all the extra holes closed and powercoated it. Rewired the engine harness adding sheilded wire for the dizzy and other various sensors with new honda pins. moved the alternator wire to its own bulkhead fitting in order to supress noise. built a top mount manifold. built a 3' down pipe and dump tube that now exits out the side of my bumper any ways this is not a build thread so on with the pics.
A good pic to show how much was cut out of the support to allow everything to fit nice
My first test fit with out brackets, to support the rad in its new home
another pic to show wastegate placement
this one is to show the space i created by doing this relocation i can easily stand infront of the rad with the fan mounted in place, aslo there is about 1 inch if space around the downpipe in the tightest areas
this pic is the bay as it sits right now

Re: radiator mods
"ill take pics of half rad in my crx has traction bar tomorrow. it fits as well. no mods at all".
I ran a half rad all last season and wanted to get rid of the heat soak that was caused due to lack of space. i now have over 5-6 inches of clearance between my motor and my rad
