is it possible to arc weld stainless steel 2" piping onto and std cast iron manifold to run and external wastegate??? i just wanted to know if its weldable with an arc welder and will it hold...thanks in advance

that would be one unholy bastard of a weld to do with stick but if you are brave enough to attempt it use NIrod. Don't get mad if it doesn't turn out that well. Tig with a nickel rod is the way to go.

If you're looking to save a buck, do the fit up, and take it to someone who has welded to cast iron before, the fitup is where most of the money usually goes...
