Default Which Manifold is better ?!?!?!

i have a friend who makes manifolds hes making one for my homemadeturbo just wondering which one gives better performance?? the log style or the other one?

the one on the very top. i doubt either will out perform the other but atleast its something different than everyone else with their std. log manifold(me included)

not all manifolds have wastegate flanges.

im going to be running internal wastegate im not planning to boost more then 8psi on a sohc anways do you guys think 250canadian for both manifold and downpipe is good?
