Portable band saw stand.
Ive been wanting one of these for a while now and I ran across a HF ad for 99 bucks. Couldnt pass it up.
I had planned to build a stand for it, but here is my take on a "stand" for it. The mounting point have holes so I can bolt to the bench.
I love this tool. It is going to come in so handy for all future metal cutting.
I'll take more pictures if you guys are interested.
EDIT: I just realized it is not obvious, But the design is a tripod style. There is another leg on the other side of the saw that is not obvious in the picture.

Re: Portable band saw stand.
I bought one of those a few weeks ago for under $100 too. I also built a stand for mine out of stuff I had laying around, but I made mine a portable stand. Fun little project and having a bandsaw is very handy. Hope this helps give other people ideas too.

Re: Portable band saw stand.
I've never heard the old version for a comparison, but from what I've read this newer style is a little less noisy. That being said I still wear ear plugs when I use it lol. It's still worth $99 imo tho.
