it sounds like the sound of a soda can dropping but if your car is very loud you will not hear nothing, get a j&s safegard or nockalert.

hmm, well I didn't hear that I just hurd a loud boom, but it might have been my car back fireing I'm not sure, I'm just running open downpipe , but in two days I'm getting my exhaust in so I can bolt it up. Could that maybe be the sound I was hearing.

I have heard some people say that under load, detonation sounds like a bunch of marbles rattling inside your motor.
Be careful driving and good luck finding the cause of the noise.

Sounds like bolts and washers rattling. The best place to here it is cruising along side a freeway barrier and hitting the gas. You'll here rattling when it starts. Take your timing back or get better grade fuel and that should fix the prob. And also read your plugs!

when you pull the pistons out, the chunks of the ringlands fall out and make a tinkling sound when hitting the floor of your shop or work bench. 
sorry, j/k. didn't sound so much like "sizzling" to me as a very rapid ticking or rattling.
