Hello all, i am looking for a reputable place where i can learn to build custom headers. Any info would be great!

 

Not sure there are schools specifically for that. More or less something you pick up over time with experience. A good but expensive route to go would involve an engine, a lot of prebent piping, welder and an engine dyno.

 

well i just remember some people on here saying something about schools they learned to build there headers. I think maybe randy or danny but cant remember

 

i think they were kidding. I think Randy has a mechanical engineering degree.

 

I'm not aware of one , evryone i know it was just a learned skill, heck im in the process myself.

How to learn get some basic fab tools a whole lot of mild steel mandrel bends (mild steel is nice and cheap) and start cutting and fabbing trying to get equal lengths and good style.
