Default headers

'm looking for a decent stainless header for my h22 and was wondering what were some good online stores to check out for this kind of stuff and what are some decent header at a not insanely expensive price. if anyone could help that'd be great thanks

Can't be pretty and perform at the same time without being expensive...........

Its either pretty and shitty performance
or good performance and shitty look..........

Or get a decent header and do that collector mod.......

I've got an OBX header. It was pretty cheap, and would look good if I had remembered to clean it off before starting my car. Still looks ok. +5hp, -10lbs from the front end

Greddy with the 2.5" collector mod is still the best middle of the road header as far as im concerned. It can compete with the big boys for $450 including the 2.5" mod

the bigger the header, the more PEAK hp you'll make. If you want driveability, the biggest isn't always the best.

that said, all headers have the same thing in common...they can all be researched using the SEARCH button...

i didn't mean literally the header

i meant if you are going to buy headers then buy the top brands, dyno runs have proven stock h22 manifolds are alright, you can buy hytech, smsp, etc will give you around 8 whp

why spend 400 bux on a greddy or dc, you are better off saving that for other mods

If you just did a search you would see that the greddy with the 2.5" mod is very comparable to the higher end headers, and some members actully yielded better results...
