Well mandrel bending has to do with the shape and bend of the piping...mandrel keeps the diameter as close as possible to the orginal size of the pipe throughout it's bends. Pretty much any header you look at buying will have mandrel bends, Unless it's some cheap *** backyard job.

Ceramic coating, is just what it says, it's a coating on the header. It keeps slightly less heat out of the engine bay compared to stainless steel. Most people will buy either ceramic coated or stainless steel headers based solely on the looks.

So to wrap it up, all the headers will be mandrel and have the same type of bends, Your main decision will be between ceramic coated and stainless steel. Do some searches and you should be able to find pics of each type.

Edit: After all that decision making is done, You'll have to decide if you want 4-2-1 or 4-1 header. BOTH STYLE OF HEADER WILL MAKE MORE POWER THAN STOCK. The 4-2-1 will make a little more midrange power than the 4-1, but the 4-1 will make more topend power. But don't think you'll be losing power anywhere, both types will make more power throughout the rpms over stock
