What type of intake manifold is that?
Costs of Materials? or Supplier?

It was made by my buddy Angel. The velocity stacks are RMR, the rest is just materials sourced locally.

So what size wheels and tires are you running on this setup? How has it been running lately?

Justin</TD></TR></TABLE>

15x3.5 in the front and a 15x8 rear

275/60/15 MT in the rear
forgot the size for the front.Id have to check tomorrow. Car had a head lift issue and was pushing water due to some shitty machine work on the over sized head studs. I have since pulled the motor and redid all the holes with timesert inserts. The way it should have been from the begining. Motor is ready to get dropped in but the weather hasnt really been working with me lately.

this is how the motor sits now.

Also going to give the engine bay a quick spray bomb before I drop it back in.

Mmm, Good luck with the motor. Do they make L19 head studs for the ka24?

Also, any pictures from the front of your car? Just curious what it looks like all buttoned up. Must have a mean stance with those big tires in the back!

factory studs are 10mm the "upgrade" is 11mm, which happens to be the size of factory b series studs. People have made plenty of power on them 11mm studs, just the knuckle dragger that machined the motor did a horrible job.

as for pics from the front, these are some old ones from when i had the hoosiers on the back. same size rim.

I have a question about manifold...
I see that the bungs for the injectors are quite long and not allowing to injectors to atomize properly. That may be an issue....
Are you having any problems with transient fueling? Or do you know? I'm an engineer And do a lot of flow dynamics and engine calibrations that's why I ask. Just a thought.
Nice setup by the way. Looks like you've come a long way.

actually the injector bungs might look long but they are laying down enough to allow the pipe to be cut out in a tear drop shape and once welded were opened up as much as possible. I tested it before it was on the car and the spray pattern doesnt hit the walls of the bung. the car will idle at 15:1 af or leaner if wanted. Its also going to be getting a second set as far back as possible on the manifold and adding some 1600cc's.
