I had the thought of doing that, but there was limited room. It was either the BOV or the the IACV, and it ended up being the IACV. Plus I didn't want to ruin the sleeper effect so I left the BOV near the intercooler so guys couldn't see it when I pop the hood. Usually I have a header heatshield which covers the turbo and manifold (and the fake airbox), but I took it off for picture's sake

Runners are the same length as before, but the stacks gave another 1.5" of length. I have a 0.5" thick aluminum plate, so 1.5" - 0.5" = 1.0" shorter overall length compared to running the stacks.

Yup yup, one port of the IACV is before the throttle plates (which is the port that goes through into the plenum that has no vacuum), and the other port has a hose that connects to the vacuum canister

Re: (Tony the Tiger)
Awesome work Tony, i love how far you have gone to achieve the sleeper look yet still accomplish a badass setup.
You can still see the shadow of "mugen" on the valve cover

Re: (gLok)
Sounds like more than just tube and 2 plates.
I didn't get that inlet or the IAVC until I saw the IC piping going below. Sounds like a good idea how you routed lines from the runners to a vacuum bottle (looks real nice, fuel rail too), then the IACV to that.
I thought it was a great machine beforehand, now
btw what BOV? Your vid didn't cover it, the pics don't seem to show it, and I'm too lazy to search around

Thanks for the compliments
gLok, the Mugen shadow was not intentional! I could never get rid of it when I was sanding/polishing it...lol
HiProfile, I am running an HKS SSQV... I always forget to take pics of it with it sneaked near the fender and intercooler

I saw a video of your car when I was bored at work today not knowing of your existence on H-T Then I came home and to my suprise found this thread. I normally dont find it necessary to post random props, etc. But seriously man, for sleeper effect and overall car condition and work quality.

Yup, both of those hoses go to the exhaust, but using the Moroso exhaust PCV E-vac kit (which comes with exhaust check valves and oil seperators).

Re: Made a new plenum for my ITB's (Tony the Tiger)
i don't want rag at all on the design, because i really do like it entirely. I just have one question for everyone in addition to the builder. I do like the radius he put on the intake plate, but shouldn't a veloctiy stack carry through half the circumference.
More of an engineering question than a design question. I think what you did works in the situation for ease of building, i am just wondering what the ideal would be.
Btw, i love the bottom side feed. rocks my socks.
