Here are some pics of the Magnus 1G Talon intake as well as a few Evo VII manifolds. The pic's are taken at Magnus where I work making the manifolds. Here is the Tuesday stack not done yet still need the finishing touches.
This is a pic of a Evo VIII before its last BLING on the polisher.
I have been bugging Marco to make a Honda B Series but he is a hardcore Talon/Rotary guy. Let me know if you guys think it would sell in the Honda market then I can push him to make the prototype!!! Judging by the gains with the Talon it will be great for the B Series!!

do this guy is in business to make money or what ?? If he got a good price he will sell a lot of IM for Honda.... told him to do some for D serie too... I would be interessted ! Can I be the first tester ??

Re: (ghettoracer)
Thanks. Will have more being put up soon. But right now that MR2 is taking up a lot of time. Trying to get it to the track on Sunday, and have to tune one more Pro. FWD car, and outlaw street class car. So 3 cars to finish and tune by Sunday.
Will have a page on intake manifold design.

Do you guys polish the manifolds before and after welding? I usually sand up to 600 grit, then weld, then do a final sand with 1000 grit and polish them on a big Baldor buffer with a 10" wheel, but it is still hard to get into some of the tight spots. Also do you use a gas lens, I find it hard to get the welds between the runners just cuz there is not much room, I switched to a gas lens to allow more tungsten stickout.....
