Default jig making?

What's the most straight forward way of making a good jig for turbo manis and various exhaust set ups. Any helpfull responses will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Usually people will just make a jig for the collector and tack weld the piping as they go.. usually it works out better in the end like that.

I don't know the answer to your question, but i'll tell you this. You wouldn't have any luck getting any info on a collect jig, let alone a whole manifold jig. In this tough competetive market, people like to keep thier ideas/jig a secret.

I understand that much. That is exactly what I want to do. I know what a jig does. I was just trying to get some info as to what the easiest and most commonly practiced way was. I understand that it is a competetive market as someone else stated. I would understand if nobody wants to help me out, but it is not going to deter me from doing this. I'll just have to find out the hard way through trial and error. I had a few ideas and was basically curious as to if I was on the right track.

Easiest thing to do is get a spare cyl head or engine.... and find the turbo placement your looking for.... then simply make a bracket off the head or block(make it very sturdy) too which you can bolt a turbo flange.

BAM!

done!

wasnt that easy?
