mazuri super has some IS300 headers they fabbed from thin walled stainless... i guess most of the guys on here are into fabbing high performance **** like turbo setups, not many fabricators making headers because face it, it'd cost you less to buy a premade header for your all motor car anyway... unless you want a special design i guess, but that'd be just silly :silly:

actually , an NA header would most likely cost you MORE than a TURBO manifold (more material, more time, more complicated)..

no i dont, its actually not even a stepped tri-y beings that is the crappy motor, this one is just mild steel coated. the good motor has a stepped ss tri-y and is actually on the engine dyno as we speak

we were happy with the numbers that the header put out. like i mentioned in my other post, the better motor has a ss purged tri-y step header that made more impressive numbers

it really is easyer and cheaper to buy a pre-made header from a company, concidering each 90 degree 1-5/8" o.d. tube cost close to $40 plus flanges, then labor

when it comes to v8 headers, pre-made headers are not equal at all. we have not seen one pair of pre-made equal length headers actually. most of the runners usually differ by no less than 4 inches.
